CANDICE A. GARCIA is a graduate of Chapman University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, in 2003. In 2006, Ms. Garcia obtained a Juris Doctor Degree from University of La Verne, College of Law, from which she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Throughout her law school career, Ms. Garcia received numerous CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for her outstanding performance and knowledge of the law in the following areas: Business Organizations II, Civil Rights Law, Trusts, Civil Procedure, Remedies, and Philosophy of Law.
Candice Garcia was admitted to the California State Bar as an Attorney and Counselor at Law in 2007, after passing the BAR exam on her first attempt.
Candice A. Garcia, began her legal career as a law clerk for the Law Offices of Vincent B. Garcia in 2004. In 2007, she began practicing law as an associate attorney for the Law Offices of Vincent B. Garcia & Associates. The focus of her practice is in Family Law, Civil Litigation and Appellate Practice.
In 2006, Ms. Garcia had a digest originally authored by her published in the University of La Verne law review. In 2008, University of Utah’s Journal of Law and Family Studies, accepted her original article entitled “An Analysis of and Alternative to the Radical Feminist Position on the Institution of Marriage” to be published in its Spring 2009 volume.
Ms. Garcia is scheduled to receive a Master of Public Administration and a Master of Science in Leadership and Management in 2008.

VINCENT B. GARCIA is a graduate of Loyola University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1977. In 1983, Mr. Garcia obtained a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of La Verne. From 1981-1986, Mr. Garcia was employed by Hughes Aircraft as a Contract Negotiator.
Vincent Garcia later graduated from Western State University with a Juris Doctorate in 1986. He was admitted to the California State Bar as an Attorney and Counselor at Law in 1987.
Vincent B. Garcia, began his legal career as a law clerk for the Law Offices of Tuckerman & Thompson, where he was hired as a staff attorney after admission to the Bar. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Garcia started a solo practice, which he has been operating for approximately 20 years. His primary practice areas are Family Law, Criminal Law, Bankruptcy, Trusts and Estates. For sixteen years, Mr. Garcia served as a Judge Pro Tem for San Bernardino County Superior Court of California, from 1990 to 2006.
Mr. Garcia is a certified family law specialist, who was certified by California State Bar. He belongs to many organizations as an active member, such as: San Bernardino County Bar Association, State Bar of California, member of the Family Law section, the American Bar Association and the Association of Certified Family Law Specialists.
He is also fluent in English and Spanish.
Aruna P. Rodrigo

ARUNA P. RODRIGO is a graduate of San Diego State University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice Administration in 2003.
Mr. Rodrigo has a civilian law enforcement background. From 1998 to 2003, Mr. Rodrigo was employed by Los Angeles Harbor College Police, as a Police Cadet, and by California State Police, as a Community Service Officer Supervisor.
Mr. Rodrigo later graduated from University of La Verne College of Law with a Juris Doctorate in 2006. He was admitted to the California State Bar as an Attorney in 2008.
Mr. Rodrigo began his legal career as a Certified Law Clerk for the Law Offices of Vincent B. Garcia in 2004. In 2008, he began practicing law as an Associate Attorney for the Law Offices of Vincent B. Garcia & Associates. The focus of his practice is in Family Law, Civil Litigation and Bankruptcy.
Mr. Rodrigo is scheduled to receive a Master ’s in Public Administration in August 2008.
