CANDICE A. GARCIA is a graduate of Chapman University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, in 2003. In 2006, Ms. Garcia obtained a Juris Doctor Degree from University of La Verne, College of Law, from which she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Throughout her law school career, Ms. Garcia received numerous CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for her outstanding performance and knowledge of the law in the following areas: Business Organizations II, Civil Rights Law, Trusts, Civil Procedure, Remedies and Philosophy of Law.
Candice Garcia was admitted to the California State Bar as an Attorney and Counselor at Law in 2007, after passing the BAR exam on her first attempt.
Candice A. Garcia, began her legal career as a law clerk for the Law Offices of Vincent B. Garcia in 2004. In 2007, she began practicing law as an associate attorney for the Law Offices of Vincent B. Garcia & Associates. The focus of her practice is in Family Law, Civil Litigation and Appellate Practice.
In 2006, Ms. Garcia had a digest originally authored by her published in the University of La Verne law review. In 2008, University of Utah’s Journal of Law and Family Studies, accepted her original article entitled “An Analysis of and Alternative to the Radical Feminist Position on the Institution of Marriage” to be published in its Spring 2009 volume.
Ms. Garcia is scheduled to receive a Master of Public Administration and a Master of Science in Leadership and Management in 2008.
